  • GDPR –Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, replacing Directive 95/46/EC.

  • User – a natural person visiting the Website or using the services or features described in this Policy.

Processing of Personal Data

When using the Website, the Administrator collects personal data necessary for providing services. The purposes and methods of processing are described below.

Purpose of Processing

Users’ personal data is processed for:

  • providing services electronically, allowing access to content on the Website – the legal basis is contract performance (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
  • establishing, asserting or defending claims – based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Contact form

The Website includes a contact form. To use it, the User must provide personal data necessary for contact and inquiry handling. Providing certain information is required; failure to do so may prevent inquiry processing. Optional data can be submitted voluntarily.

Newsletter

The email addresses of newsletter subscribers are processed for the purpose of sending the newsletter and informing about changes to documents, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Data Retention

Personal data is processed for the duration of the service or until consent is withdrawn, or until an objection is made (when processing is based on legitimate interest). This period may be extended in the event of legal claims. After that, data is deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable law.

User Rights

The User has the right to access their data, correct it, delete it, restrict processing, transfer data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Data Security

The Administrator implements security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access. Only authorized individuals have access. All operations on personal data are logged and carried out by authorized personnel only.

Complaints to Supervisory Authority
